Free resources This book I just recently read at the end of 2019. It got to the heart of something that I learned from my study of the teachings of Moshe Feldenkrais: that broadening the range of your activities enhances rather than hinders what you specialize in. The author shows the interesting dichotomy between the backgrounds of Tiger Woods and Roger Federer with regard to that idea. A key point of the book that I thought very intriguing was, based on a study of a group of surgeons, that spatial awareness and not dexterity is the key to higher levels of skill. One that I often refer back to. The book that changed it all and set me on a path of renewing my connection with the drum set. The theory in the beginning is beautiful but means nothing until you do the 11 lessons in the book. They are also available in a recorded format.
